What’s in Clear Day?

Four ingredients of natural origin with an antihistamine-like effect: olive leaf extract (450 mg), quercetin (400 mg), Japanese knotweed root extract with 150 mg resveratrol (300 mg of a 50% extract) and bromelain (200 mg) – all in one serving, i.e. 3 capsules. The capsule is made from plant cellulose.

When and how should I take it?

During the pollen season, we recommend 3 capsules once or twice a day. If you only need it occasionally, take 3 capsules as soon as you feel you need them. In our experience, many people take it regularly from the start of the season and make it part of their daily routine during the outdoor training months.

Does it cause drowsiness or contain stimulants?

No. Clear Day contains no stimulants (such as caffeine) and no ingredients that make you drowsy, so it fits into your day even before training, work or driving.

Can I take it for longer, throughout the season?

Yes, you can take it daily throughout the season at the recommended dose (no more than 3 capsules twice a day). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Can I take it with other Hammer products?

Yes. Clear Day is part of the Super Immunity Booster Kit, and you can also use it alongside your in-training fuels (such as HEED, Perpetuem and Endurolytes). However, if you take medication, only use it under medical supervision.

Who is it not recommended for?

Olive leaf extract (Olea europaea) – An extract obtained from the leaves of the olive tree. It contains oleuropein, a plant compound found naturally in the leaves and fruit of the olive tree.

Quercetin (from Japanese pagoda tree buds, Sophora japonica) – A bioflavonoid also found in onions, apples, leafy greens and many other plants.

Resveratrol (from Japanese knotweed root, Polygonum cuspidatum) – A plant compound found in the root of Japanese knotweed and in the skins of red grapes and berries. The extract contains 50% trans-resveratrol: 300 mg of extract per serving provides 150 mg of resveratrol.

Bromelain (Ananas comosus) – An enzyme obtained from pineapple.

Plant cellulose capsule, rice bran fibre, magnesium stearate (plant-based) – The capsule shell and excipients that help keep the fill uniform.
